LEAN & Six Sigma Principles (4 PDUs) (CE007)

Description
LEAN Six Sigma is the integration of LEAN manufacturing principles into Six Sigma methodology. The purpose of this course is to train participants in how to implement successful Lean Six Sigma initiatives, understand the basics of Lean and Six Sigma, discover techniques that will help them become better problem solvers using a more modern approach that combines both methods.

Participants will become familiar with the basic concepts of Lean and Six Sigma, as well as their integration within LEAN Six Sigma.

Participants will be able to recognize key concepts of effective problem solving using a modern approach that combines both methods.

Participants will understand the role of culture in an organization's ability to implement change.

Learning Objectives:

- Identify a business case for Lean Six Sigma

- Assess a process using key process indicators, and identify improvement opportunities
