This 25-minute training, designed for employees and managers in sales and purchasing roles, provides an overview of key antitrust laws and prohibited practices. The training includes several examples of questionable and illegal business practices so the learner will be able to recognize and avoid these situations, and respond appropriately should they encounter them.

After completing this course employees and managers will be able to:
